Thank you for visiting and shopping at Desert Vibes & Co. Following are the terms and conditions that constitute our Shipping Policy.
Domestic Shipping Policy
Shipment processing time
All items are made to order. T Shirt Orders are processed and shipped within 2-3 Weeks (21 business days at most). Orders are not shipped on weekends or holidays
Candles and wood have a TAT of 5-7 Business Days.
Most orders will be processed and shipped faster, but this time frame gives us a reasonable amount to account for any delays as orders are made to order.
A Rush order option is available for $10- please add rush order to your cart when checking out. This will ship within 1 Week unless previously discussed with the Desert Vibes team.
If there is a delay or change with your order we will update you via email.
Shipping Rates & Delivery Estimates
USPS First Class Standard- up to 15 oz $4.50 2-5 Days
USPS Priority Mail 16 oz - 5 lbs $10.00 2-3 Days
USPS Priority Mail 5 lbs -15 lbs $15.00 2-3 Days
We ship to addresses within the US, US Territories, and APO/FPO/DPO.
All orders over $75 will ship FREE and be shipped priority mail
Shipment confirmation & Order tracking
You will receive a Shipment Confirmation email once your order has shipped containing your tracking number(s). The tracking number will be active within 24 hours. Once orders are scanned in, delivery delays can occur and it is not responsibility of Desert Vibes.
Desert Vibes not responsible for any customs and taxes applied to your order. All fees imposed during or after shipping are the responsibility of the customer (tariffs, taxes, etc.)
Desert Vibes is not liable for any item damaged or lost during shipping, If you received your order damaged, please contact the shipment carrier to file a claim.
Please save all packaging materials and damaged goods before filing a claim.
We currently do not ship outside of the United States
Wood, Accessories, Candles, Custom Orders: We do not accept returns or exchanges as our products are made to order.
T-shirts: Unless the wrong item was sent, we do not accept returns, refunds or exchanges. If the wrong item was sent due to fault on Desert Vibes, we will provide a shipping label and a replacement item. Dependent on the case... If the buyer ordered the wrong size, the buyer will be responsible for shipping the item back, and a replacement will be sent once item is returned and inspected by Desert Vibes. Desert Vibes has the right to refuse a return or exchange if item appears to have been washed, worn or not in new condition.
